We studied at the Polytechnic of Milan, where we had the privilege of meeting our great "masters", who nurtured our unconditional passion for the built heritage. In this context, our professional partnership was born together with our friendship. Aware of the long cultural and technical tradition that preceded us, we decided to complete our training by attending the Ph. D. programs and the “Scuola di Specializzazione in Restauro dei Monumenti. We have chosen to dedicate ourselves to the professional activity that allows us to develop in the field, confirming them, the thesis of the conservative approach towards the built heritage, reflecting in particular on the role of time and, therefore, on the provisional nature of our actions.
We design within the history of the building
We love the architecture of the past for the inexhaustible heritage of stories and relationships that they offer us. It is our duty to preserve its authenticity, through the project and the construction site, with punctual, calibrated and “polite” gestures. Our goal is to pass on to future generations their potential for knowledge, and amazement, as well as an enigma that is never completely revealed.
